We offer up to a 6-month Layaway Plan for any item you desire. We require an initial 25% deposit of the total purchase, {including tax}. The payments thereafter may be made in accordance to the terms determined at time of purchase. Alterations and adjustments such as ring sizing, engraving, etc. will be done when the item is paid in full. Expired layaways will receive an in store credit for payments received.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase in the original condition and in the gift box that it was purchased in.

Refunds are accepted within 7 business days of purchase when accompanied with sales slip (applies to online purchases only). The merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition and where applicable, in the original gift box with all warranty cards and instruction books intact. No returns, refunds or credits will be granted on special orders, altered and/or custom and sale items.

We recommend that you bring in your diamond jewelry periodically for a clean and check. Our jeweler will inspect the prongs to ensure safety and prevent any possible damage or loss of your gemstones/diamonds. We will also provide a free cleaning.

All custom designed jewelry is nonrefundable and requires a 50% deposit before the work begins.
